Industry Readiness Program
College assignments prepare you for exams, not engineering. You graduate with zero experience shipping code that real users depend on.
The agentic era demands more than prompt engineering. You need to understand context engineering, multi-agent orchestration, and how to lead AI-powered teams.
Finding a mentor who has actually built at scale is nearly impossible as a student. We pair you with senior engineers, architects and mentors who care about your growth.
More than a curriculum.

Build confidence through structured public speaking, a core skill that separates great engineers from good ones.

Dedicated mentoring sessions with senior engineers. Code reviews, career guidance, and real industry perspective.

Tech leaders sharing real field insights, not textbook theory. Hear what actually ships.

Work on actual business problems. Ship features that users interact with.

Hackathon-style sprints under real pressure. Build fast, ship faster, learn the most.

Work alongside employees at partner companies. Real work environment, real expectations.
This is a portfolio based programme. Every phase produces artifacts: code, documentation, presentations, that compound into professional proof of competence.
REST APIs, LLM integrations, deployed services. You will graduate with a GitHub portfolio that proves you can ship.
Orchestration frameworks, RAG pipelines, CI/CD, cloud deployment. The actual stack companies hire for.
Partner companies, senior mentors, and a Demo Day built to open doors. We do not hand out certificates. We get you hired.
The supportive, collaborative environment, along with the trust and mentorship I received, played a key role in my development

University undergraduates and school leavers are both welcome. We select on aptitude and mindset, not just credentials. All applicants go through an aptitude test and interview — that’s what determines selection.
Apply via our online form (under 5 minutes). If shortlisted, you’ll be invited to sit for an aptitude test and interview — there’s a LKR 5,000 fee to cover the assessment. We evaluate mindset, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn. Selected candidates are notified within 7 days.
You should have basic programming ability — comfortable writing simple programs in at least one language and some exposure to web development. You don’t need a degree or years of experience. The aptitude test is what matters most.
Yes. 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday — structured as a professional industrial training placement. This cannot be done alongside regular university classes. Most university students take this during their internship semester.
LKR 5,000 aptitude test fee (paid before the test), LKR 60,000 registration fee (paid upon selection), and LKR 15,000 per month for 6 months during the programme. Total: LKR 155,000.
Yes, you’ll need a laptop for the programme. If you don’t have one, we can provide a suitable development machine for an additional LKR 50,000 — payable upfront or in instalments alongside your programme fees. Let us know when you register and we’ll have it ready for day one.
The programme is structured to meet NAITA Special Industrial Training requirements — 24 weeks full-time, ~960 total hours, formal supervision, daily training diary, and assessments at 12 and 24 weeks. This is accepted by most Sri Lankan universities as completion of the industrial training requirement. Confirm with your university’s training coordinator before enrolling.
Yes. We believe talent should never be limited by finances. Scholarship support is available — reach out and we will work on it.
At the 12-week midpoint, every participant is evaluated on technical output, AI proficiency, collaboration, and consistency. Top 10% receive a full waiver on remaining monthly fees. Top 25% receive 50%. Applied automatically — no separate application needed.
You graduate with a production portfolio on GitHub, merged PRs on real codebases, NAITA SIT certification, and placement recommendations from our architect, tech leads, and programme lead. You’ll also have alumni network access and ongoing career support. Top performers on the Startup Track will additionally have a live product.
